Kingsley has worked in the regulated financial and investment services industry for over 24 years, spending 10 years as a capital markets research analyst focused on company analysis, portfolio construction and risk mitigation. He has spent the past 14 years advising companies on raising over $1.5bn of capital across over 100+ public and private transactions. 

Kingsley co-founded Chrystal Capital in 2009 with James Innes. Over the past four years, Kingsley has advised on multiple cannabis investments for various public and private companies, deploying over $200m across 10 health & wellness transactions for 375 investors. He has established a deep network of investor, advisor and company relationships across the cannabis industry and is a regular speaker at industry conferences given his extensive industry knowledge and unique European perspective.

Kingsley was educated at Cambridge University, before starting his investment banking career in London at Collins Stewart and Investec.
