We provide alternative sources of funding for private and public companies globally. For the most part, we raise finance for our clients from large single family offices and niche institutional investors.

The partnership was formed in 2010 by four City professionals with over 70 years of combined experience covering capital markets, corporate finance, private equity and fund management.

The business continues to grow through the recruitment of other highly experienced capital markets veterans, all with a demonstrable track record of successfully helping companies to raise funding.

Over the past two years, Chrystal has advised on thirteen transactions that have raised over $335 million* for its clients through pre-IPO private placements, public convertible bonds and other alternative finance solutions. We have a global outlook, with deals completed in Canada, Poland, Ireland, the US and the UK.
