The partnership was formed in 2009 by four City professionals with over 70 years of combined experience covering capital markets, corporate finance, private equity and fund management.
The business continues to grow through the recruitment of other highly experienced capital markets veterans, all with a demonstrable track record of successfully helping companies to raise funding. Over the past 18 months, Chrystal has advised on seven transactions, raising over $260 million for its clients through pre-IPO private placements, public convertible bonds and other alternative finance solutions. We have a global outlook, with deals completed in Canada, Poland, Ireland, the US and the UK. |
